hi gurus,

i need help in restricting users playing flash games . since th
extension of the file ends with .exe i cannot block it .(since i need t
run other important .exe files)

so the best way to do this is from the game properties Company name
value which is Macromedia.

hope the attached game properties will explain what i'm trying to d
.is there any possibility of blocking this from the GAME compan

Imposing restrictions on which files can be executed rarely works. There are
too many loopholes to make such bans effective and you risk getting
ridiculed when you keep on failing. The most effective method is to create a
company policy that bans games, have it endorsed by senior management,
publish it and have it signed by every user. On the machines of persistent
violators you can subsequently install some WMI script remotely that creates
a game playing log which you can include in your monthly report to their
manager.
